Hi. I’m Lindsay (she/her). I’m glad you’re here.
I want to understand your felt experience so we can explore authentic and pragmatic solutions that work for you. We live in a society that inundates us with information about what we should be doing and how we should feel. It can be a lot to filter and often leaves us stuck in a cycle of comparison and despair. The work I do focuses on how your nervous system interprets your experiences so that we can discover what you actually need—even desire for yourself.
Many of the clients I work with can recognize the anxiety or depression that gets in their way, but they often struggle to understand the complex trauma that led to those barriers. Together, we will nourish the curiosity it takes to understand your patterns so that you can care for yourself more purposefully. Ultimately, we will work toward finding a more meaningful—and practical—path forward that aligns with your authentic needs.
As a late-diagnosed AuDHDer, I have a deep appreciation for what it’s like to feel stuck between what you want and how to get there. Whether it’s neurodivergence, trauma, or societal pressure—your nervous system learned to adapt to circumstances that are no longer working in your best interest. That can feel okay if it looks like you have it all together—yet I often find that the fear of failure or being “found out” stalls the deep connections we desire with ourselves and others.
I am a relational therapist, which means I prioritize collaboration and honor your emotions as key players. Technically speaking, I use an integrative approach that incorporates experiential dynamic psychotherapy (AEDP), internal family systems (IFS), attachment theory, feminist theory, polyvagal theory, acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), and mindfulness. That said, I understand that true healing comes from human connection and co-regulation. I respect you as the expert of you. My goal is to offer a safe container for your felt experiences to speak up and guide our work.
