How does virtual therapy work?
All of our sessions will take place via Simple Practice, a HIPAA-compliant telehealth platform. The experience will be similar to Zoom or FaceTime. At the time of your appointment, you will be provided with a secure link to join our session. To prepare, you will need access to a device with audio and video, a strong internet connection, and a private space to speak freely.
How much does it cost?
My fee is $125 for every 50βto 55-minute session. Acceptable methods of payment include credit cards, debit cards, and HSA cards. Payment is due at the time of your appointment.
Do you take insurance?
I do not accept insurance. However, I can provide superbills upon request. It will be your responsibility to send the superbills to your provider for any possible reimbursement.
How many sessions do I need?
Therapy is not one-size-fits-all. Many factors, such as your specific support needs, schedule, and financial budget, are all important considerations. We will work together to figure out an arrangement that works best for you.
